A month ago, online communication with citizens was implemented in the Pension House, the Employment Agency and the Payment and Social Inspection Agency.
I continue, test and continue to monitor the institutions. I receive information from the citizens and I test the reaction time as well as the compliance of the procedures by the employees of the three institutions. In some places things are going well, in others it is clear work. Some institutions responded within 5 days, but did not provide a registration number prior to responding. Other institutions gave a registration number but did not communicate with the citizen in time. And here I am in contact with agency leaders to improve the process. One pension fund even asked for email confirmation within 72 hours so that they could take over the request and enter the analysis (the employees explained that they made sure that people did not submit false requests).
Respect for citizens, speed of response and quality are evaluated!
