Students from Isaccea, a city in Tulcea County, will study for a time in the mortuary chapel. The high school has been undergoing renovations for more than six months, writes the publication Tulcea Noastra.
Tulcea County Prefect Cristian Iordan claims that students, especially those starting school for the first time, cannot study in a mortuary chapel, but Isaccea Mayor Anastase Moraru contradicts him, saying the solution, approved by the Board. from the Constantin Brătescu institute together with the Parents Association, “it is very good”, so that the children can go to school, according to Europa FM. The decision even received the blessing of Isaccea Parish.
Three million children started school today, under special conditions, amid the COVID pandemic. Of these, 100,000 could not take their place in the bank, but will do their home schooling, online. This is at a theoretical level, because in practice not everyone has tablets and internet access, although the authorities have boasted all summer that these problems will be solved before the first campaign.
The students who will have the possibility to go to school will do so alternatively, mostly, or entirely, in the case of schools in green areas.
