The capital enters stage 2 regarding the resumption of courses, announced the Bucharest School Inspectorate. The announcement comes a few hours after the Ministry of Health was informed that only sectors 1, 2 and 6 fall into the hybrid scenario – physical and online courses, by rotation – and 3, 4 and 5 would be in the green scenario – courses physical.
DSP Bucharest announced on Monday that the disease incidence rate, accumulated at 14 days, is 1.12.
According to the MEC / MS Joint Order no. 5487/1494 of 08.31.2020, Annex no. 1 for the approval of the measures for the organization of the activity within the educational units in conditions of epidemiological safety for the prevention of diseases with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the Bucharest municipality enters stage 2 “, transmitted the School Inspection of the Municipality of Bucharest, through a press release.
By Tuesday, school boards will present proposals for ISMB and DSP scenarios based on local infrastructure. These will be submitted for approval to the Bucharest Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations. The solution will be received before September 10, announces ISMB.

According to the epidemiological analysis presented by the Ministry of Health, sectors 3, 4 and 5 would be in the green scenario and sectors 1, 2 and 6 would be in the yellow scenario.
After the analysis of the epidemiological situation carried out at the national level by the public health directorates and the National Institute of Public Health, it was established:
- in 2,728 localities the number of cases of new diseases, confirmed in the last 14 days, is less than 1 per 1,000 inhabitants
- In 410 localities the number of cases of new diseases, confirmed in the last 14 days, is between 1 and 3 per 1,000 inhabitants
- In 43 localities the number of cases of new diseases, confirmed in the last 14 days, is greater than or equal to 3 per 1,000 inhabitants.
According to the joint order of the Minister of Education and the Minister of Health, the epidemiological criterion from which educational units / institutions establish one of the three operational scenarios is the cumulative incidence rate, respectively the total number of new cases in the last 14 days per 1,000 inhabitants.
The three scenarios:
- Scenario 1: daily (face-to-face) participation of all preschoolers and students in schools, respecting and applying all protection rules
- Scenario 2: daily participation (face-to-face) of all preschool and elementary school students, 8th and 12th grade students, respecting and applying all protection regulations, respectively, partial return (by rotation 1-2 weeks) of students from other classes of secondary and preparatory, in compliance and application of all protection rules.
- Scenario 3: participation of all preschoolers and students in online activities / lessons.
