The new academic year also brings distance learning courses for full-time students, but also fewer places in the dormitory, because the young people will only stay in the room for two.
In several universities, only those who start and finish their studies will be present in the courses in the first weeks. The corridors must be ventilated as often as possible, the doors must always be kept open and those with a temperature above 37.3 degrees cannot enter the building, writes the order of the Ministry of Education.
The Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca would only invite freshmen and undergraduates to classes in the first few weeks. The rest will take online courses.
Laura Irimies, UBB Cluj-Napoca spokesperson: “Its objective is to attract those of the first year, last year of studies, and students from the faculties of experimentation, physics, chemistry, biology, sports and theology who need face-to-face courses.”
Of the 5,000 accommodation places, less than half will remain, because students will only stay in two and will have their own bathroom.
At the University of Agronomy, however, all courses would be conducted online.

At Timişoara Polytechnic University, only first-year students will attend classes for five weeks.

In the next few days, all the universities will decide under what conditions they will start their courses.
