Zaurbek Sidakov, a fighter who would represent Russia at the Olympics, was celebrating his wedding to Madina Pliyeva when several guests received a message.
The message said the woman was an escort and also contained a video, which was allegedly sent by her ex-lover or his wife, according to the Daily Star.
The man got so angry that he grabbed his wife by the hair and confronted her, then left the wedding that was attended by 500 guests.
The woman began to cry and collapsed on the dance floor, and was later taken to the hospital by friends and family.

According to the guests, the information in the message was a devastating surprise for Sidakov, who did not know everything about the past of the woman, whom he met in April.
The woman’s friends rejected the idea that Madina was an escort, and explained that the photos were from three years ago, when she was in a relationship with a 60-year-old Russian millionaire, who was married.
