The state of emergency decreed on March 16 included first aid measures with direct applicability in the areas of public order, economy, health, labor and social protection, justice and foreign affairs, as well as first aid measures with gradual applicability.
Through the decree of April 14 on the extension of the state of emergency for another 30 days, the first emergency measures were applied with direct applicability in the fields of public order, civil status, economy, European funds, health, work and social protection. , justice, foreign affairs. , transport and infrastructure, education and research.
During this period, 12 military ordinances with measures were issued in all of these areas.
After the state of emergency was lifted, the alert state would be established. Parliament approved the government’s draft on the alert measures, and several changes were made.
