Phil Collins Shooting his ex-wife out of her rib cage … because he says he owns it, and she’s fed up with BS
Sources close to the famous drummer and singer-songwriter tell TMZ … their long, rocky relationship with Orion Cemetery Officially finished … He finally remarried in August Gust, and wants to get her out of her Florida home STT.
We are told that Phil has told her to vacate and she has refused, and instead threatens to release false and embarrassing allegations about her, unless they re-discuss their 2008 divorce settlement.
For the record – Collins Seven in the report. 46.76 million was paid … and our source says she doesn’t give him any more money. He believes he lost the fate of a series of bad investments with an expensive divorce from the man he married after Phil.
Our sources say Phil gave his ex to vacate by 3pm on Friday, but she didn’t, and says she has now changed security codes and is uncontrollable with staff.
We have been told that there are plans to file a suit to vacate Phil as soon as the courts open next week.
