These are really exciting times for the Buccaneers as workouts and training camp practices get underway. Exciting specifically because they can now have Quarterback Tom Brady training with his new team for several days.
NBC Sports’ Peter King began his NFL training camp tour and made it to Tampa Bay, where he saw Brady and the Bucs offense put in some work.
“One of the things about late last season is that Tom Brady’s arm was not great,” King says in the video below. “In this practice, he looked after an offseason of really working on strengthening his arm very, very well. He throws very hard, he throws fastballs to Rob Gronkowski and his tight ends. I thought he looked really good and threw the ball sharply. ”
King goes on to say that the most important thing he noticed is how Brady is constantly running with the ball, which appears to be philosophy head coach Bruce Arians not shaking from implementation despite a 43-year-old quarterback who did not has become known for its mobility.
You can watch King’s full video report, which shows many Brady highlights from Bucs practice.
