HAMAR (Dagbladet): The municipality of Hamar has introduced what are now the strictest municipal infection control measures in the country, after a Ridabu primary school teacher was diagnosed with a covid-19 infection just before the Weekend.
All schoolchildren in the municipality from the 5th year have registration at home, all general sports for young people under 19 are closed and a maximum of 20 people can meet in the same place.

– We are awaiting the results of the 276 tests that were carried out yesterday. They are promised during the day. Of the 900 tests that have already been analyzed, 20 are still infected, municipal director Christl Kvam tells Dagbladet.
– The strict measures currently apply until next Sunday inclusive. Then the municipality will reevaluate the situation and the results of the corona tests will be very important, Kvam says.

Ridabu school is completely closed to students. Two classes at the school and the teacher, who was diagnosed with covid infection, were at a camp school in Knattholmen in Sandefjord two weeks ago, but the municipality’s infection detection team cannot say for sure if this cure has anything. to do with infection.
– None of the students who attended the camp school is infected, says the municipal director.
The Hamar municipality does not know where the infection came from and Kvam has described the situation as demanding.
The neighboring municipalities of Hamar, Stange, Løten and Ringsaker have introduced similar measures. Several events and concerts have been canceled, including the pultost and aquavit days in Løten.
