– I can confirm it, yes, write Dønnum in an SMS.

However, he adds that nothing has been decided yet.

Sports director Jørgen Ingebrigtsen tells VG that the clubs disagree.

– We have received offers, but we are by no means on target, so this is probably a little misunderstanding. Some important points remain and we’ll see how it goes further, he tells VG.

– How can you get it wrong?

– I don’t know, he answers and repeats that there are important points that remain for the club.

Dønnum has a contract with Vålerenga until the 2021 season.

This summer, the 22-year-old told VG that it was a dream for foreign clubs to show interest in him.

– It’s funny, of course. It is a dream to be seen by people abroad. Of course it’s something I’m taking with me, he said then.

Dønnum is currently at the national team meeting with the U21 team and has not responded to VG’s inquiry.
