A Pennsylvania judge ruled that the state cannot count ballots when voters must provide proof of identity and did not do so before November 9.

This applies to ballots that have not been counted so far. Write Fox News.

The lawsuit ultimately applies to a maximum of 10,000 votes, which has been disputed even before the count began.

State law states that voters have up to six days until after the election, which was November 9 this year, to provide proof of their identity.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that ballots that arrived in the mail within three days of the election, but had been stamped on Election Day, must be counted.

The Secretary of State then decided that proof of identity could be presented up to and including November 12.

Now, the court finds that the Secretary of State lacked the authority to send the message that the deadline had been changed, writes Fox News.

Does not change the result

Now it has been decided that these votes will be rejected and therefore will not be counted, but therefore will not change the current result in the state.

Joe Biden won the Pennsylvania election, where he received about 54,000 more votes than the incumbent president. Therefore, a difference of 10,000 votes will not be able to influence the election, even if they have not been rejected.

Various demands

Donald Trump’s lawyers have filed dozens of lawsuits in six states. In Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada, the president is now trying to use the judicial system to reverse Joe Biden’s seemingly solid election victory.
