This was the third consecutive game with penalties for the 30-year-old who continues to score goals in the Elite Series.
After the match, he thanked the coach for the trust he has placed in Kristiansund.
– I have come to a place and a team that plays with my skills. Christian Michelsen has given me the security and confidence that I needed. “I’ve done something right and it’s fun when it goes in this direction,” Pellegrino told Eurosport after the match.

Call to punishment
Pellegrino’s goal finally became decisive in the match. Nordmøre’s guests completed a good tactical match and left Sandefjord with few great chances.

– Today we play against 14 men. We played against 11 blues and three blacks, Pellegrino complained.

The field did not appear to be affected by the heavy rains before the start of the game, and the teams managed to play soccer normally. Kristiansund had opportunities to increase the lead, and shortly before the end Pellegrino punctured the match. It was played only with the goalkeeper, he turned around and rolled the ball safely to the goal.
Kristiansund has only lost one game in the last eight.

In the next round, Kristiansund will face Viking. Sandefjord goes to Mjøndalen.
