Sophie Elise and Annijor are criticized for lack of infection control

– I’m really mad. It is also not the first time this has happened.

Ingeborg Senneset (35) says this after seeing a photo posted by Sophie Elise Steen Isachsen (25) on the latter’s Instagram account.

In the controversial photo, the blog queen clings to her colleague Anniken Jørgensen, also known as “Annijor.” It’s the lack of infection control that keeps the blood running at Senneset.

– It is so uncomfortable to do it over and over again, says Aftenposten journalist to Dagbladet.

– Must defend

This is not the first time Sophie Elise has been criticized for her seemingly liberal stance on infection control advice.

Also earlier this fall, he had to endure criticism, both from Senneset and Bent Høie, after posting a series of photos in which the subway rule was totally absent.

– May be perceived by many as disrespectful and sad to watch. Isachsen and Jørgensen are promising people, she says.

FHI still recommends that you keep a distance of one meter from people you don’t live with. Face-to-face distance is the most important, as this is where you are most at risk of infection.

Senneset hopes that Sophie Elise Isachsen, unlike earlier this fall, will comment on the photo and have a public discussion. You also don’t expect the blogger to go flat, but you will hear how he defends his behavior.

– We should not put on a bite-sized culture, we all make mistakes. I too am making mistakes. But there is a difference when you know that what you are doing is not right.

– People die

Senneset notes that many are now in difficult life situations as a result of the ripple effects of the corona pandemic.

– This is a situation in which people die, there is loneliness, the economy around us collapses and jobs disappear. Then it’s time to get a little angry.

The public debater says that she herself has decided not to return home to Trøndelag this Christmas, because she does not want to risk exposing her family to covid-19.

– I’m a bit ashamed to see that this image receives thousands of likes. Why aren’t more people asking questions about distance ?, he says, adding:

– Distance is what will save lives now.

– Public figures who post public posts on public channels must tolerate public discussion, he says.

Senneset believes that infection control is complicated and simple at the same time.

– When people become too obsessed with what is “law”, you stop seeing what is wise. We don’t keep our distance to “please” a set of rules. We keep our distance to save lives, he says, continuing:

– And the distance is painful for everyone. Anyone with anything like a platform has, at the minimum of human decency, a moral responsibility to contribute to motivation rather than confusion.

He says that we are now in a more serious situation than then. Mads Hansen has also launched into criticism. On Instagram, the host of “Farmen” posted a screenshot of the post, where he writes the following:

Let me introduce you: the shortest metro in the world. P.S! Remember to give all grandparents a strict message that they cannot hug their grandchildren on Christmas Eve.

Respond to criticism

Influencers Marna Haugen is also among those who react. For TV 2, she says she thinks the post is harmful.

– I rarely get involved in what others do, but when it is directly harmful to others, I can’t help but say no, he says.

Dagbladet has contacted Anniken Jørgensen, who does not want to comment on the case. Sophie Elise Isachsen has yet to answer our repeated questions.

On his own Instagram, however, he writes Sunday afternoon:

“I take infection control very seriously: I avoid large crowds and am mostly alone. He always wears a mask, orders Christmas presents online, and never meets more than five a week (outside of work). The photo I posted yesterday shows love with someone I spend time with, who is also in the same situation, “he writes, continuing:

“Do not judge relationships that you know nothing about, how much time they spend together or if one of us has been really sick. I understand today that it can send certain signals, but I leave the photo because I know what is behind it,” he writes.
