– It was the same man both times. He’s cynical on his part, a bit rusty on me and bad at the judges, summarizes Konradsen.
With ten against eleven players, the rest of the game was a game with his back to the wall. Visiting team Alanyaspor finally threw all men on the attack, but the task seemed to lift Åge Hareide’s ten heroic men, who persevered after heroic defensive efforts.

Alanyaspor’s Fatih Aksoy cloned it within his own five meters, and then European stuntman Anders Konradsen was in the right place at the right time, again. Trøndelag didn’t need any more chances.
Konradsen’s sixth goal in his last eight Champions League or Europa League qualifying matches may be worth its weight in gold for Rosenborg’s economy.
In extra time, the visiting team’s Babacar lost his head and was correctly sent into the shower after pushing substitute Erlend Dahl Reitan towards the end.
The game between Rosenborg and PSV Eindhoven will be played on Thursday 2 October. When the teams met in last season’s group match, the Dutch won 4-1 at Lerkendal.
