Norway finishes in Group G in the World Cup qualifiers alongside, among others, the Netherlands and Turkey.
This is the group from Norway:
Group G: Holland, Turkey, Norway, Montenegro, Latvia and Gibraltar.
– I’m so happy. It is clear that the Netherlands is a fierce opponent, but not impossible. Both Turkey, Montenegro and Latvia are teams contracted away from home, it can be an advantage for us if they take some points away from each other. It’s important to start off right, says national team manager Ståle Solbakken of Norway’s group.
– It’s not a group of dreams or nightmares, it’s the feeling I have, says TV 2 expert Simen Stamsø Møller.
