Despite the tie, several were impressed by Tyson in the boxing ring.
Early Sunday morning, boxing legend Mike Tyson (54) returned to the ring when he met another legend and former heavyweight champion, Roy Jones Jr (51), for a showdown.
Fifteen years after Tyson put his boxing gloves on the shelf, he proved at times that he still has the skills and power of his punches in place.

– Ridiculous
In the end, it was a draw after eight rounds in two minutes, although several thought Jones was lucky not to suffer a loss.
And the reason seems to be that it was declared beforehand that an official winner would not be announced.
In any case, the reactions could not wait for the result to be a fact.
– It’s absurd that it was a tie when Tyson was obviously dominating, writes ESPN writer Dan Rafael on Twitter.
– A tie is ridiculous – Tyson clearly won – but if you bet on a two-man showdown in the 1950s with judges Chad Dawson, Christy Martin and Vinny Paz, you’re not completely smart, tweeted Sports Illustrated sportswriter Chris Mannix.
Happy tyson
However, in an interview with BT Sport Box Office, reproduced by Sky Sports, Tyson was satisfied after the game.
– I’m happy with that. I entertained the audience and they were happy, says Tyson.
Jones, on the other hand, admits that the opposition was tough, though he wasn’t entirely happy not to win.
– I don’t play for a draw, but I understand why certain things are on the wish list, because when he hits you, be it on the head, his punches, his body, it doesn’t matter. Everything hurts, Jones says.
