Microsoft announces on Twitter that they will showcase upcoming Xbox Series X games on May 7 at 2 p.m. 17:00, that is, next week. The focus will be on games from developers outside of Microsoft and, among other things, the recently announced Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will receive some attention.

We already know a couple of Xbox Series X games, like Halo Infinite and Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II. Since these are being developed by Microsoft’s own gaming studio, the two of them have probably finished the presentation. Instead, we expect many other gossip to come up.
The new console, the Xbox Series X, will launch this Christmas. We’ve already learned a lot about the performance of the next generation of consoles: the keywords are SSD loading, ray tracing, and backward compatibility at lightning speed.
