Almost 15 years have passed since the last Mike Tyson was found in a professional boxing match. The legend, after all, put on his gloves after a loss to Kevin McBride in 2005.

Now a video has emerged that has taken social media by surprise, showing Tyson showing off his power and precision eleville.

The 53-year-old is also fast with punches and spins, making many wonder exactly why he seems to put so much into his workouts.

– Still deadly

“Iron Mike” previously mentioned that he is considering returning to the ring for a couple of charity games, and recently mentioned that he plans to return:

– I want to get in shape so I can box some games for charity. We’re talking about things for charity, so I can help a homeless idiot and drug addict like me, Tyson said, according to English talkSPORT.

Soon, a video about all of them appeared Tyson’s social media where he’s training seriously.

The video has made people wonder if there is more to it than just charity from the Catskill, New York man.

Among those who responded most strongly is UFC commentator Joe Rogan:

– Fuck it! Don’t leave me engrossed in this! Mike Tyson is ready for 12 rounds, Rogan wrote on Instagram.

Boxing journalist Chisanga Malata He also went to Twitter to report how surprised he was to see the old heavyweight champion:

– “Iron Mike” still has it at the age of 53. Still deadly! Look at the blows to the body, Malata praises.

Until now this has come that even the president of EE. USADonald Trump has paid tribute to Tyson for the five-second cut:

– The battles continue, Mike, the President of the United States, wrote on his Twitter account.

– He can kill

It is the MMA journalist Ariel Helwani who first discovered about the man holding the gloves that Tyson hits. He is the Brazilian MMA coach Rafael Cordeiro.

Among other things, he is responsible for the training of top UFC stars like Kevin Gastelum and Fabricio Werdum. In an interview with Helwani, he says he was surprised when Tyson touched the thread and asked to be trained:

– I have been training with him for three weeks, and I feel very blessed. I can train with a world champion. The video you watch is old, there will be a time when you will see even more speed and power, Cordeiro told Helwani on ESPN.

He explains that what he has seen of Tyson quickly reminds of the combat machine that devastated the 1980s and 1990s:

– I can see that the thinking has changed. He is back to his old self, when we started he knew that his power is a crazy force, says Cordeiro.

– He hasn’t trained in almost ten years, so he didn’t know what to expect. What I saw was a boy with the same power and speed as a man in his 20s. Power is on a completely different level. Your right punch can kill.

The Brazilian is clear that he does not know very well why Tyson has wanted to train suddenly, but he has trained as a regular boxer with cardio, combat and strength training.

– I don’t know if he’s back. But if you want, you will be ready. We are talking about Mike Tyson here. I think he can meet anyone, I think we are entering a time when 50-year-old boxers can go to big games, Cordeiro says.

– Give him six months, then he will come back and he can meet anyone. What you see in the video where the beginning is, is imagined after six months of training.

In the video, several have noted how hard Tyson seems to be hitting, and Cordeiro is open to saying that there was a time when things could have really gone wrong:

– I like to keep the gloves close to my face, and the first time I saw his right hand walk to my face. Then I saw my life go into review, I saw my wife, my daughters, my dog, Cordeiro told me.

Mike Tyson was undefeated in his first 37 games, knocking out 33 of his opponents. He was only 20 years old when he became a world heavyweight champion, and he was still the youngest world champion in that weight class.

Perhaps he is best known for his two games against Evander Holyfield, which resulted in Tyson biting off part of Holyfield’s ear in June 1997. Tyson stopped 50 wins and six losses in his career.
