Recent Republican congresswoman, Trump supporter and conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia has managed to become a highly controversial figure in American politics.

230 delegates, including 11 Republicans, voted to remove Greene. 199 voted against.

She says Republican voters still support Trump.
– The party is yours, it does not belong to anyone else, he assures.

The Republicans refused to remove her from committee work themselves, and so the Democrats began the process. It all started after several provocative and false statements came out from Greene.

Among other things, he has supported the QAnon conspiracy theory, suggested that several mass shootings were staged, and claimed that Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic Majority Leader in the House of Representatives, is guilty of treason and should be executed.
– It belongs to the past
The House vote took place a few hours after she expressed remorse for some of her statements.
“These were statements that belong to the past, and these things do not represent my values,” Greene said Thursday.
In her ten-minute speech, she described herself as a “sinner,” but never directly apologized for the rhetoric that many have criticized her for using.
When asked by the press if there is anything he has said that he would regret now, instead of saying he regrets, he replies “of course.”
