The Brazilian has signed a four-year contract with an option for a fifth year, informed journalist Fabrizio Romano reports on Twitter.
The price is reportedly around 15 million pounds, plus bonuses. This corresponds to around 180 million NOK.
The 27-year-old underwent a medical check-up early Monday.
Alex Telles will be Manchester United’s second signing in this transfer window. The club had already brought in Donny van de Beek from Ajax in the Netherlands.
