Yûko Takeuchi, known from the HBO series “Miss Sherlock”, is dead – she is 40 years old.
The Japanese actor was found dead in his own home in Tokyo on Sunday, and later pronounced dead in hospital, the BBC reports.
Police are investigating the death but are reportedly working on the theory that she may have committed suicide.

The 40-year-old man leaves two children.
Takeuchi starred in “Miss Sherlock,” which airs on HBO Nordic. The Japanese series is about a private investigator who solves mysteries that the Tokyo police cannot solve.
The actor has appeared in various series and movies in his home country and won awards.
It was the ex-husband, actor Taiki Nakabayashi (35), who found Takeuchi dead.
