On Monday, he said this about the infections in an email to VG:
– These cases do not have a common denominator (except for two pieces that were in the same sequence). Therefore, it may appear that we have a situation called “super spreader”, and it is possible that an employee is an asymptomatic carrier, without this being documented.
The video at the top of the case shows what the atmosphere was like at the Gamla pub at a time when the party escalated. People dance enthusiastically and closely in the video that VG has jumped for privacy reasons.
VG has shown the general manager of the club, Rune Johansen, the clip of the party. According to Johansen, they turned off the music to soften the atmosphere as soon as the dancing among the guests began.
– After watching this video at the end of the evening, it is clear that we must review our routines and risk assessment internally. This will be done as soon as possible.
– Gamla must be the best in his class and leader in the workday, and there we see that there is room for improvement.
