Earlier Monday, the company announced that email, video conferencing and YouTube were also among the affected services.

The company’s search function worked as usual, and third-party advertisers, which are Google’s biggest revenue generator, were still visible in the results, indicating that advertising was unaffected, writes Bloomberg.

The YouTube video service tweeted that they knew that many were having trouble accessing their websites.

The website downdetector.com, which collects error messages from users on various websites, stated Monday afternoon that they had received 55,346 messages about Google.
