A total of four players have tested positive for a crown in Odd.
The elite series club announces it on their website Monday night.
Since before, Fredrik Nordkvelle has tested positive for covid-19. Now John Kitolano, Elbasan Rashani and Petter Hagen have done the same.
– All three report a small degree of symptoms, now they are isolated and are treated by the club’s medical apparatus, the club reports.

– In accordance with current routines for infection detection and close contact notification, the municipal infection team follows up. The quarantine period for these three will run until Wednesday, December 9.

– The rest of the cohort, consisting of players and support personnel, are in quarantine. All of these must be retested next Thursday.
The weird thing was playing a league game against Sandefjord on Sunday, but the game was postponed due to infection in the squad. The settlement of quotas against Strømsgodset and Kristiansund has also received new dates.
Make dramatic decisions
Nordkvelle has been open about how he has experienced the infection. To TA he says:
– It was Friday that I got a little cold. He had a little weight on his head, but it was a normal Friday night. When I woke up on Saturday, I was a little worse. I contacted the doctor for a test, even though I didn’t think it could be crown at all. The symptoms were so mild that I thought it was just a mild cold. Therefore, the response was very surprising.
Says stop: – It goes completely wrong
The last round of the series is scheduled for December 22:
– We see that we have five games left and we hope to be able to complete the league game before Christmas arrives. It will be a tight match schedule, but we will accept that challenge, Odd’s coach Jan-Frode Nornes tells TA.
