Bodø / Glimt continues to sweep the Elite Series.
BRANN-BODØ / GLIMT 1-3
Brann kept pace with the magnificent league leader for 50 minutes, but from there it was over too.
Five minutes after the break, Philip Zinckernagel put the Northerners ahead after a great attack by the visitors.
Bodø / Glimt eventually won the match 3-1 and now lead the Eliteserien with 16 points after 18 matches.

In the TV 2 studio, Jesper Mathisen reacted to what he saw in Brann’s defense.
– In that racing duel with Jens Petter Hauge, Philip Zinckernagel and Vegard Forren, Forren just looks like a business player. It is simply parked. Looks like he’s being hit by a stretch or cramp. Vegard Forren looked incredibly slow, it was Mathisen’s tough verdict after the Dane sent Glimt in the lead.
Forren seemed to have a lot of difficulty in the situation and it was too late to avoid scoring.
After the leading goal, Bodø / Glimt controlled most of what happened in Bergen. The difference in self-confidence was clear between the two teams.

Glimt doubled the lead in the 67th minute, once again it was Zinckernagel who spiked the ball into the goal from about 20 yards.
Just minutes later, Jens Petter Hauge put the nail in the coffin on a return from goalkeeper Håkon Opdal.
Victory was never really threatened, but ten minutes before the end Brann got a reduction when Thomas Grøgaard hit 1-3 after a shot from 16 meters.
It was also the end result in Bergen. Bodø / Glimt now lead the Eliteserien with 16 points after 18 games.
