Turkey has not yet decided which of these solutions to choose. No privacy-related issues are mentioned. In recent years, Turkey has moved in an increasingly authoritarian direction.
But solutions are not just warmly received.
Professor İlyas Dökmentaş from Istanbul Health Sciences University is skeptical.

The Israeli parliament decided on Wednesday to impose restrictions on the number of people who can gather for prayer, but also for demonstrations.
