However, the Prime Minister adds:

He commends this year’s Russian government for encouraging young people to help limit the spread of the infection.
– I think this is a very good strategy of the Russian government.
These are the new measures
Solberg reported on the status of the crown in the Storting early Monday. The following measures and recommendations were presented:
- The best sports are advised to postpone all league games for two weeks.
- The government continues to recommend digital teaching in universities and colleges.
- Middle and high schools move from danger level red to yellow
- The government also recommends avoiding traveling abroad.
- It is also recommended that you do not yet receive visits from more than five people outside the home.

- The national liquor ban remains in place, but a new evaluation will be made next week.
- Indoor and outdoor leisure activities are allowed for everyone under the age of 20.
- For private gatherings outside of your own home, the recommendation will now be up to 10 people indoors. Outdoors, the recommendation is a maximum of 20 people.
