Ole Gunnar Solskjær (47) has been hit hard by various teams after the blackout at Old Trafford. Many now believe that the Norwegian is “the easiest problem to solve” at Manchester United, and that he should be replaced by Mauricio Pochettino (48).

– Solskjær can argue that he brought out the best in Anthony Martial and brought out Mason Greenwood’s undoubted potential, but most of the Manchester United stable has deteriorated under the leadership of the hand, writes the ESPN writer.
Jason Burt in The Telegraph writes that “this must be a result and an achievement that makes even the strongest supporters of Ole Gunnar Solskjær fight back.”
The one who goes the furthest, however, is probably the Irish-Spanish Miguel Delaney, who writes that Solskjær “has never had the weight for a job like this.”
– It is really surprising that they continue with an experiment that is based on emotions rather than some kind of football logic, he writes.

But Manchester United manager Ed Woodward should have more to think about, we must believe the English football writers.
