Pep Guardiola’s men rolled the ball into the hat with Newcastle’s guests as they took three new Premier League points.

Now City moved on and the home team came close to a third goal before the time was played. Cancelo hit low against Sterling. The ball went through a Newcastle defender and landed on Bernardo Silva’s legs. From close range and sharp angle, the Portuguese put the ball on the post.
The battle scene continued on the same path. Guardiola’s men reached the death line and struck several dangerous posts.
Newcastle’s first shot on goal came with twelve minutes to go, but Ederson fell quickly to save a shot from Jacob Murphy.
Cancelo continued to shine on the right of City and scored hard and replaced Agüero with ten minutes remaining. The Argentine added the wide side, but Darlow refused to be mocked and followed with a feverish rescue.
It was the last great chance of the game and City escaped with three well-deserved points. In the next game, Everton awaits City at Goodison Park, while Newcastle will be visited by Liverpool.
