NEW YORK (Nettavisen): According to the US website Axios, President Donald Trump is now offering pardons to people who have not even asked for it.
“Anyone who has ever spoken to me”
One of the sources informs Axios that Trump is said to have said he will offer forgiveness to “anyone who has ever spoken to me,” the newspaper writes.
Trump is also said to have asked his friends and advisers who they think he should forgive.

It is one of Trump’s aides who tells Axios that Trump should have said he would forgive anyone he spoke to. He admits, however, that it is unclear how serious Trump must have been when he said that, but that there was no sign that the president was joking when he said that.
But the source says Trump discusses the pardons “as if they were Christmas presents.”

Politico reported last week that Trump is considering pardoning at least 20 people in his immediate circle, including Trump’s three oldest children, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump, and son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner and lawyer Rudy. Giuliani, who is now hospitalized with coronary heart disease.
They are expected to receive the so-called “prior pardon.”
