Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) topped the list of income among party leaders in 2019. Jonas Gahr Støre (Labor Party) loses eight million in wealth from the previous year.
Tax figures released Tuesday morning show Solberg earned NOK 1,675,927 in fiscal 2019 and ranks at the top of the party leaders ranked by income. It had a high increase in wealth in 2017 and has been stable ever since.
Right behind the prime minister is Kjell Ingolf Ropstad (KrF) with 1,468,383 NOK of income.
It’s no wonder that Jonas Gahr Støre is among the top ranked by fortune in 2019. He has around eight million fewer in fortune than the year before. The Labor Party had shares in Femstø A / S, before this year it decided to put its millions in the bank. He does so as a result of the fact that his fortune has come to light in the last two electoral campaigns.
If you look at the entire government, it is the Minister of Local Government and Modernization Nikolai E vivosssøn Astrup (H) who is by far the richest. It had more than 343 million in assets in 2019, a decrease of about 74 million from the previous year.
Earlier this year, E24 wrote that arrows point up for the minister’s family business. Astrup does not want to comment on the decline in VG’s wealth.
