Norway meets Holland: – Not impossible

– I’m so happy. It is clear that the Netherlands is a fierce opponent, but not impossible. Both Turkey, Montenegro and Latvia are teams contracted away from home, it can be an advantage for us if they take some points away from each other. Norway were seeded at level three before tonight’s draw and had a chance to finish in the same group as Sweden and Denmark. So they didn’t.

Europe is fighting for a total of 13 places in the World Cup out of a total of 32. The ten group winners in the standings have a guaranteed ticket. Then three places will be divided into three replay groups including the two teams and two teams from the UEFA national league.
