(Sweden 2-1 Croatia) After five attempts, Sweden finally won a match in the Nations League group stage, but late reduction can be costly for the Swedes.
It was an own goal from Marcus Danielson (31), who made it 2-0 at the end of the first half at Friends Arena. Croatia’s goal means that Sweden must achieve a better result against France on Tuesday than Croatia did in their game against Portugal, to avoid finishing last in group A and finishing in group B.
