Joe Biden has been named the winner of the presidential election by several of the largest news agencies in the United States and has officially begun preparations to become the next president of the United States.
Although other world leaders have long congratulated Biden on the victory, President Donald Trump has not acknowledged the electoral defeat at all.
He has announced that he will go to court in several states and, most recently, yesterday it was decided that he, as expected, wins Alaska. On Thursday night Norwegian time, Biden was declared the Arizona winner, according to numerical analysis company Decision Desk HQ.
This remains before the outcome of the elections is finally decided.
Fear that Trump will reveal national secrets
Conversion
Georgia is now the last of the 50 US states where the Decision Desk has yet to announce an election winner, which provides figures to Dagbladet.
Figures show that Biden currently leads with 49.52 percent, but just over 14,000 votes differ from Trump’s 49.24 percent of the state’s nearly five million votes.

Because the margins are so small, the state has already announced that a statewide review will take place.
According to Sky News, Georgia Prime Minister Brad Raffensperger has announced that he wants the poll to begin later this week and that he expects this work to continue until the final deadline of November 20.
Various demands
Nor has all the media announced a winner in Arizona.
Fox News and the AP were among those who named Biden the state winner and the night after Election Day. Decision Desk HQ waited until Thursday night this week to do the same, while CNN is among those that have yet to name a winner in the state. Neither does NBC News and, according to their summary, the tally of just over 51,000 votes remains in the state.
Trump has also announced lawsuits in several states in hopes of turning the situation around in his favor. Arizona is among these.
Puts America in a Historic Situation
According to The Washington Post, on Election Day, November 3, 12 lawsuits were filed in connection with the elections. In retrospect, Trump’s lawyers have filed more lawsuits.
However, there is little evidence so far that Trump has proof that he will be able to succeed in court. Even less suggests that going to court could bring about changes that are somehow enough to make him the winner of the presidential election.
This remains
After all the votes have finally been counted, there are several important dates left before Joe Biden is officially installed as president on January 20 at 12:00 local time.
These are as follows:
– Will never stop fighting
8. December: The voters of the different states will meet to certify the electoral results. By this date, all voting, polls, and legal issues must be cleared.
14. December: On this day, all voters meet to hold the formal election of the President and Vice President of the United States. The president of the United States is not elected directly by the people, but by 538 voters nominated by all 50 states and the capital, Washington.
December 23th: The votes of the electors are given to Congress. A federal law requires voters to deliver their votes to the vice president on the fourth Wednesday in December. This year it falls on December 23.
January 6th: Federal law requires a unified Congress to count the votes of voters and declare the winners of the presidential election. This joint session will be held in Congress on January 6, 2021.
January 20: The president is sworn in and a grand inauguration ceremony is held.
