A man has barricaded himself in his own home, armed, in Vinterbro, the East police wrote on Twitter at 21.49.
There are a lot of police in the place. Police write that they do not have the ability to respond to media inquiries.

The Oslo police are helping with resources in the operation, according to the director of operations to VG.
The police have cordoned off a large area around Tusenfryd and Fålesloråsen.

Two witnesses tell VG that the man must have arrived at a neighbor’s door. He must have tried to get into the house, without success. According to witnesses, those who stayed in the house called the police and told them to lock themselves in the bathroom, where there is only a small window, and to remain there until the police arrive.
The man is then said to have returned to his own home where he took refuge. VG has been unable to obtain a comment from the police on the course of events on Friday night.
