At the same time, Gunvor Ulstein resigns assuring that he will not hand himself over to the Ulstein Group.

– The fact that I stop being CEO does not reduce my participation in Ulstein Group. Through my positions as chairman of the board of Ulsmo (the majority owner of the Ulstein Group) and a member of the board of directors of various Ulstein companies, I will continue my commitment to ensuring a viable future for the group, Ulstein says in the report.

She emphasizes that the Ulstein Group is a family business and that now, through her other positions, she can focus on longer-term and strategic opportunities for the group.

– Gunvor is a skilled and energetic CEO, and as Chairman of the Board I would like to thank her for her tremendous commitment over many years within the Ulstein Group, and also outside of the company. I look forward to our further collaboration in the development of the Ulstein Group, says President and Brother Tore Ulstein.
