The BBC writes that the woman was taken to a hospital after the accident, but was pronounced dead when she arrived.
The woman was wearing a helmet and had her hair tied back in an elastic band, according to local media, and the head of the go-kart track told The Indian Express that they had followed all safety guidelines, and that this was an accident.
The man of the woman who died said, according to the Indian newspaper, that he and his wife had eaten on the trip.
– Suddenly my wife’s hair comes loose and I hear her scream. I do not know what quality the hair braid and the helmet had.
