While Donald Trump’s campaign manager Bill Stepien claims the two have agreed to two new debates, Joe Biden’s spokesman says the Oct. 22 debate will be their last.

Both CNN and Reuters reported Thursday that Trump and Biden agreed on two new dates for the latest presidential debates: October 22 and October 29. This is what Trump’s campaign manager Bill Stepien says.
But shortly thereafter, Biden’s spokeswoman Kate Bedingfield says the dates for all three debates have been set, September 29, October 15 and October 22.
– Trump today chose to withdraw from the debate on October 15. Trump’s irrational behavior does not allow him to rewrite the calendar and choose new dates to his liking. We look forward to participating in the last debate, scheduled for October 22, which already occupies the first shared place to be the last debate in the last 40 years. Say no to virtual debate
Biden’s adviser, Ron Klain, expresses the same on his Twitter account.
On Thursday, Trump told Fox News that he would not join the virtual debate, as the commission that organizes the presidential debates that same day had suggested.
– I will not sit in front of a computer in the debate. That’s ridiculous, he said.
Biden, for his part, said he would follow the commission’s recommendations.
Actually, the debate should have taken place in Miami in a week.
Since Trump will not be running for the video debate, challenger Joe Biden will only receive questions from American voters on October 15.
Bedingfield says, without giving any details about the location or format of the election campaign event.

Controversy over the virtual or physical debate is on the rise because the US president was confirmed infected with corona last week. He spent the weekend at Walter Reed Hospital for treatment, but returned to the White House on Monday.
It happened less than two days after the previous presidential debate in Cleveland. At least eleven people must have tested positive in the first debate.
Many of Trump’s closest advisers have also been confirmed to be infected. According to the VG overview, at least 25 people associated with the outbreak have tested positive.
At the same time that Trump’s election campaign is almost exclusively about his corona infection, Biden has been able to prepare his efforts.
