In late May, it emerged that billionaire Thor Johan Furuholmen had sold the house in Bygdøy, and that Sector Alarm founder Jørgen Dahl was likely the buyer.
The land register now shows that it was Dahl who bought the house for NOK 225 million. The purchase was registered on August 11.
Dahl has no comment on the case.
Jørgen Dahl founded the Trondheim alarm company Sector Alarm with NOK 50,000 in share capital, according to the financial magazine Kapital, which estimates the fortune at NOK 7.65 billion. That makes it the 27th richest place in the country.
Hedge fund manager and real estate investor Thor Johan Furuholmen, who sold the house, finishes lower on the list, with a fortune of NOK 1.60 billion.

Speculation
A hedging bond of NOK 270 million was established on May 18, which is normally 20% higher than the sale price.
“The sum we are talking about now should be around NOK 230 million,” wrote Finansavisen, saying that the hedging bond suggested a price of NOK 225 million.
Dagens Næringsliv wrote earlier this year that the sale price ended at 225 million crowns.

The house has a usable area of around 1,229 square meters and is located right on the water’s edge with a view of Aker Brygge, Bjørvika, Hovedøya, Lindøya, Nakkholmen and Nesoddlandet. The parcel has a total of 8.3 acres.
On five floors there is, among other things, a pool, a large cellar and exercise room, as well as a separate path to the private dock with its own shoreline and pool.
– I think the buyer really walked in the front door and fell in love. She decided in three days. They are the luckiest group in the world and I am really jealous, real estate agent Anders Langtind in Privatmegleren told E24 in late May.
