NEW YORK (Dagbladet): Rivera was on a boat trip on Piru Lake off Los Angeles with his 4-year-old son when he drowned on July 8 of this year.
The description of the 4-year-old is the basis of the autopsy report that was released on Friday. The two are said to have swam in the lake before Rivera helped his son board the boat. Then she must have had problems.
– The child noticed that the deceased stretched his arm in the air and shouted “help”. The deceased then disappeared into the water, the Ventura County coroner writes in his report, according to the AP.

Authorities have previously explained that Rivera drowned in an accident after lifting his son into the boat. According to the report, Rivera was good at swimming.
The man who rented the pontoon from Rivera claims that she declined a life jacket, but placed one on the boat anyway.
The autopsy report also describes that Rivera had previously had dizziness problems and had recently had a sinus infection. She also had small amounts of prescription drugs in her blood. But none of this should have been a deciding factor in the death, writes AP.
There are several currents in the sea, especially in the afternoon and the authorities believe that the actor disappeared in the middle of the afternoon. They believe she was strong enough to save her son aboard the ship, but not herself.
Rivera’s son, who she has with ex-husband and actor Ryan Dorsey, was found sleeping alone aboard the ship later in the afternoon. Five days later, Rivera’s body was found in the lake.

The Ventura County Sheriff had previously told the media that she was likely trapped in the thick underwater vegetation in the lake for several days.
Rivera was the third of the main characters on the popular television series “Glee,” who has lost his life. Rivera was found dead exactly seven years after his co-star Cory Monteith died at the age of 31 from a deadly combination of alcohol and heroin.
Another co-actor, Mark Sallinger, took his own life in 2018, aged 35, after pleading guilty to possession of child molestation images.
