José Mourinho had made nine changes since Burnley’s game. Only Hugo Lloris and Ben Davies remained in the starting lineup.

Among other things, Mourinho highlighted Norwegian left-back Simen Juklerød in his pre-match press conference on Thursday. The Norwegian was a major threat on offense, but he struggled more defensively for his Belgian team.

Next week Tottenham have an away game against Ludogorets, while Royan Antwerp faces LASK Linz.
