NFL Week 13 Grade: The Saints got it to win again without Drew Breeze, giving the Steelers a D.C. for a spectacular loss.

It took him three years, but eventually it happened: Tessam Hill threw the first touchdown pass of his NFL career. Sean Payton has been insisting for a while now that Hill has what it takes to be the next Steve Young, and yet, despite claims to have raised eyebrows around the NFL over the years, the shine of how well he was able to be in the Saints quarterback Was shown. 21-16 win over Atlanta during New Orleans.

Hill not only used his foot to run on the Falcons, but he also used his right hand to throw 232 yards and two touchdowns. Hill threw only 23 passes when the two teams met again in the 11th week, but for the game, Pato decided to dial things after throwing 37 times and Hill responded by completing 27 of them.

The most impressive part of Hill’s performance is that he constantly came into the clutch. The Saints converted to six third-down plays of six or more yards in the game and five of them were thrown off the hill. That total includes the third and 13 conversions and the third and 17th conversions on Same Drive in the first part spread out at the end of the first quarter and the beginning of the second quarter. The ability to convert to third place was the new reason New Orleans won.

It was a wild Sunday in the 13th week and there was a lot to go through. Will Brinson and Pick Six Podcast Superfriends break every game; Listen below and don’t forget to subscribe to the daily NFL goodness.

On the first scoring drive of the Saints game, Hill switched from a seven-yard pass to Jared Cook in the third and 6th, and then one game later, he came together in one of the game’s biggest plays for the New Orleans.

It’s a y 43-yard run and it was huge, as one play later, Hill would throw the first touchdown pass of his career.

Treyquan Smith’s scoring throw gave the Saints a 7-0 lead that they would never give up.

Hill’s second touchdown pass would come in third at the end of the second quarter, and it was a big one, because if the Saints didn’t convert, they had to settle for a field goal.

Thanks in large part to Hill, the Saints have survived without Drew Breeze, who has now lost three games due to a rib injury. Although Bryce is out, the Saints still manage to go ahead 0-0. The crazy thing about Saints is that this team has somehow found a way to evolve when Bris is out. Since the start of last season, the Saints have been 8-0 when they start on a quarterback other than the Brussels.

The fact that Hill has had a bit of a serious time in the last three weeks is too big for New Le Reliance as he prepares for the postseason. For one, it means that if something happens to Breeze, Hill will be comfortable getting started, and if, if Breeze comes back, it will be much more comfortable to put big packages for Patton Hill once the Saints come to the playoffs. He would honestly oppose the defense and make it almost impossible to stop the crime of the saints in the postseason. The Hill Experiment is a win-win-win for the Saints, and it could lead to a little more victory along the way.
