The Mozambican Apex Legends have the infamous shotgun pistol that has long been designed to be useless, but the spirit of Season 6 has begun to change with more people calling it practical.

Almost every weapon has its place in Apex legends; For long-range pics or chaotic close-quarter combat, players can usually find out which gun is most appropriate in different scenarios in the arena.

For a long time this did not happen in Mozambique, as mid-range shots or more precision and prayers to connect, and nearby, all three shots fired, the opponents did hardly any noticeable damage.

While diving into the Pistol Arena may not be the first thing to see when collecting legends, players are seeing how strong the HHP-up ‘bick has become due to some recent patch updates.

Apex Legends players are starting to find continued use for Mozambique.

“With new buffs and spreads so low, Mozambique is now a viable weapon for mid-range battles,” said Reddit user ‘JDP Phoenix – 863૨’. “If you break the ield, even just one or two shots with a hammerpoint midrange, you can turn the fight in your favor.”

Season 6 Patch upgraded its clip size from three to four. Now, it’s not a significant change to be hyped, but attaching a hammerpoint to it suddenly makes it a juicy target to prey on ‘cracked’ opponents.

Hammerpoint rounds make it very easy to finish un-shield targets, giving it the P2020 and the Mozambican pistol. But with tight bullet spread from the shotgun tug now allowing reliable distance shots, chasing weaker players can protect more kills than ‘mosamics’.

Moreover, JDiponix showed how a pistol can take down a complete health opponent, however, you have to hit all four shots from outside mid-range or more.

Mozambique’s reverence has been between a few and many times throughout the history of Apex, but now it seems that story is changing as players are quickly figuring out how shotgun pistols will work to increase its effectiveness.
