Earlier, the UK government said travel corridors for Poland and Turkey had been removed and countries added to the list of national contagions. While players and team staff are expected to be exempt, this means they will have to spend 14 days in isolation as any travel media covers United’s match in Istanbul. France is already on this list.
Preliminary group games are scheduled for October 20 and 21. The last three rounds come in the first match of three consecutive weeks before the November international break, which ends on December 8 and 9. The fixtures schedule for the group stage will be released by the UFA on Friday.
In the draw, Chelsea’s Pernille Harder and Bayern’s Robert Lavandowski won the UFC Women’s Female and Male Player of the Year awards.
