The decision to count the votes was made by consensus of the CEC members on Thursday. During the second round of the Seimas elections, Utena constituency scrutiny revealed that the leader of the Social Democrats Gintautas Paluckas and the conservative candidate Edmundas Pupinis had received 7,075 votes each.
