Wind gusts from the north and northwest will reach 8 to 13 m / s at night, up to 16 m / s in the morning in some areas of the south, and gusts of up to 15 to 20 m / s in many places in the areas. east and south during the day. Daytime and nighttime temperatures will range from 2 degrees cold to 2 degrees hot.
Snow and blizzards will continue Wednesday night, with heavy snowfall in the Northeast and North areas. During the day, as the cyclone moves north, it will get weaker and weaker.
