CNBC reported that a person familiar with the company’s plans had confirmed the information. An anonymous person asked to remain anonymous because the plans were not yet destined to be made public. CNBC also stated that the VW logo would be displayed on a dark blue background for diesel and gasoline vehicles and a light blue background for electric cars.
