Currently, all residents over 65 can register for the vaccine in Vilnius (priority 1.14), because next week Vilnius will again receive a large number – 14 thousand. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, and starting Tuesday all people over 65 will be able to receive this vaccine.
Registration for vaccination is available now, throughout the weekend. Older people are also actively called in and reminded of the possibility of vaccinations.
Registration of seniors for vaccination with Pfizer-BioNTech has already started, currently almost 9,000 remain. Both your family members and neighbors can help you register for the senior vaccination; it is easy to do this on the website https://vakcina.vilnius.lt (here you will find all the latest information about the vaccination process in Vilnius). One person can register an unlimited number of seniors, so we invite communities, non-governmental organizations, social workers, family members to participate.
Continuing to vaccinate older Vilnius residents, Pfizer-BioNTech is now inviting over 65 residents from the priority group who have previously expressed a desire to be vaccinated with this vaccine alone.
Later, after the weekend, depending on the activity of the senior group, registration will gradually open to the following groups:
- Employees and graduates of the education system (priority 1.15)
- Diplomats (1.16) • Patients with chronic diseases (1.17)
- Social service providers (1.18)
- Priority 1.20: people who perform vital functions of the State in contact with other people (officials, employees of trading rooms, etc.), except employees of general functions. Currently, the lists of this priority are constantly being raised.
- Population group 55-64 years.
