The man was arrested and taken to the police station.

When officers entered the apartment, the former suspect began throwing pieces of plastic packages out of an open window. Officials immediately detained the suspect. After reviewing the fragments of plastic packages thrown through the staircase window of the house, they contained powdered material inside, as a presumed narcotic. The evidence was collected and presented to the police station along with the suspect.
