“At the moment, we have a legal conflict: we have two different valid decisions regarding the Lukiškės Square monument, we would like a clear position from the Government on this and we hope that this situation will be resolved in the near future,” said V. Mitalas .

The report establishes that the loan contract includes the additions proposed by the capital and that the attached plan of the loan contract will include provisions defining Lukiškės Square as a space open to the public, combining representation, leisure, expression, freedom of assembly and other typical European functions. squares of the city, and the monument planned in it should not divide society but mobilize and inspire it.
